Product & Growth Strategy

Creatorlytics is an early-stage creator business tool focused on helping independent creators manage brand collaborations, sponsorship deals, and payments in a structured way.

The project explores how creators currently handle the operational side of their work — including tracking brand conversations, deliverables, contracts, and incoming payments — and whether a dedicated CRM-style system can simplify these workflows.

What I did:

  • Conducted user interviews to identify pain points around tracking growth and monetization
  • Refined target segments and clarified ideal user profile
  • Built a structured outreach database and executed cold email campaigns
  • Set up GA4 to track user behavior and engagement trends
  • Ran SEO experiments to test demand and positioning

CreatiGenHQ

Product Validation & Market Research

CreatiGen is an early-stage AI content concept built to help creators and marketers gain clarity before investing time in content production.

The project focused on validating real user needs and identifying whether the problem was content generation or decision confidence.

  • Designed a structured validation framework for early-stage testing

ESG Mutual Fund Analysis

Research Analyst @ DBE, University of Delhi

  • Problem: Do sustainable funds actually perform better, or is it just hype?
  • Action: Scraped and cleaned NAV data from NSE/AMFI using Python (Pandas). Applied Fama-French 3-Factor Model & Sharpe Ratio to analyze volatility.
  • Result: Delivered a comparative study on ESG vs. Non-ESG funds, proving that sustainability doesn't compromise returns. Presented findings to faculty on the correlation between ESG scores and stability.

AI vs. Human Support

Customer Experience Study

  • Method: Designed a detailed survey to assess user trust in chatbots vs. humans.
  • Analysis: Used Mann-Whitney U & Chi-Square tests to identify significant trust gaps.
  • Outcome: Proposed a hybrid support model to maximize efficiency without losing the human touch.
